Hi Sonja, This is Grandfather Mountain, N.C. It is down the road from the Nationals at Beech Mountain. It really was such a beautiful area.

Daniel Boone and I had to walk over mile high bridge to get to this location. I will put up the photo of the bridge. Next year, I will be the tour guide..

i am! thanks. I'm still ot over the crowd yet. last year i cam in last out of 5. at least I didn't get hurt either time. was my biggest worry. I got some nerve as a mom doing this i know. i hope to do what you're doing for my son one day. right now he won't touch any of his 3 bikes.
